Find London bathroom enquiries that suit your team
A bathroom firm's next job needs to fit its skills, travelling distance and diary. Through Leads Do Work, independent fitters can browse customer enquiries generated by sites including London Bathroom Fitters and choose services and coverage relevant to their business. Projects range from modernising a rental bathroom to coordinating strip-out, new services and a complete refit.
Create your contractor account in the app
Download Leads Do Work and create a free account to look at opportunities before deciding whether to buy a lead pack. Describe your bathroom experience and keep contact details current. Joining companies are asked for relevant insurance details and references, so have those available.
Select work you can properly deliver
Choose the categories carefully. A full replacement using existing connections is a different commitment from combining a separate WC and bathroom. Select complete renovations if you can organise first and second fix, substrate preparation, waterproofing, tiling, extraction and finishing. For remodelling, explain your arrangements for structural assessment, partitions and approvals.
Luxury enquiries can involve slab handling, stone fabrication, bespoke vanity units, concealed controls and specialist glazing. Layout redesigns call for drainage planning; refurbishments may suit a smaller team carrying out taps, screens, furniture, regrouting and selective retiling. Electrical tasks need someone competent for the work, with appropriate notification and documentation under Approved Document P. Tell customers which work you undertake and which you subcontract.
Choose boroughs you can reach throughout the job
Coverage should reflect repeated visits, not just how far you will drive for a survey. A team serving Croydon, Sutton and Bromley may work differently from one taking jobs in Camden, Westminster and Islington. Check parking, unloading, merchant access and building working hours. You do not need to cover every London borough to use the service.
Lead packs: 5, 10 or 20 opportunities
- 5 leads: a manageable number of enquiries to assess alongside an existing fitting schedule.
- 10 leads: may suit a business with regular survey slots and time for itemised quotations.
- 20 leads: may suit a team able to handle more surveys and follow-up while looking after current customers.
Check current pack options, prices, sharing arrangements and terms in the app before purchasing. A lead is a chance to discuss and quote for a job, not a booking or a promise of revenue. Customers may obtain other prices, postpone or decide against the work.
From enquiry to your own quotation
- Complete your business profile and select bathroom services and practical coverage areas.
- Review available jobs and current lead-pack terms.
- For a lead you purchase, read the description before contacting the customer.
- Discuss the room, property and scope, then arrange a survey if needed.
- Prepare your own written quotation and agree any booking directly with the customer.
Make your first response useful
Refer to the actual enquiry when you call. Ask whether the layout will stay, who supplies the suite, the floor level, hot-water system and any previous leaks. For flats, discuss the shared stack, freeholder consent and working hours. Clear questions can avoid a survey for a job that needs a different team.
After visiting, price the agreed tiling area and preparation, not simply “new bathroom”. Explain waterproofing, disposal, access charges, making good and paperwork. Set out how concealed damage will be priced if uncovered. Give a realistic quotation date and let the customer compare.
Your business controls its prices, programme and customer agreement. London Bathroom Fitters does not employ fitters or deliver their jobs, and buying enquiries does not guarantee work. Track conversations, surveys and accepted quotes to judge whether the service suits your business.
